About Us

We would like to welcome you to our small ranch. We began in 2006 when we purchased our home in Oak Hills, California. From there we concentrated on purchasing well-bred and well-conformed Quarter Horse broodmares. Since then, we have added a few more horses and are continually working on improvements around the ranch. We concentrate on Reined Cow Horse, Cutting, and Reining, but enjoy and respect all aspects of the equine world. We believe that bloodlines only play into part of the equation of a good horse - the horse must also have good conformation, a good disposition, and have intelligence. We only breed a few, select mares to quality stallions each year so that we can produce quality foals that will go on to be champions in whatever sport the owner wishes, even if it is just as a best friend and trail companion. If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, please feel free to drop us a line or give us a call, as we probably know someone who does. Thank you for considering our ranch when looking for your next prospect. Sincerely, Leroy and Deidre Cook
